The Real Estate Lead Magnet

Showroom.ph is an up and coming real estate leads generation firm in the Philippines. One of the biggest challenges for the budding firm was to create a website that would be attractive to customers and would be buyers.

The initial challenge with their initial design that didn’t appeal to customers. Customers would often drop off while browsing on the site in favor of other sites with better information and more clarity regarding locations and prices.

The Fix:

The site had too much information but was not organized.

The site had a challenge with the flow from top to bottom.

The site was missing opportunities for where customers could make an inquiry.

Research was key to understanding what customer’s valued the most when it comes to visiting a site. We took a look at some of the best sites in the vertical and assessed the key characteristics that made them successful both from a SEO and Ads perspective. We then deep dove into the audience that the firm wanted to target to make sure that we placed everything in the right place on the site.

With a key understanding of the flow that needed to be in place, we re-designed the site by placing the right homes with the right amounts that would catch the attention of the customer.

Re-structuring the flow was key to make sure the target audience would be attracted right away to the homes that the firm had to offer. That was the initial hook – an attractive reason for people to stay on the site. The second part was to assess what would help people stay on the site to find the right type of home outside of the ones that were featured.

This was the re-targeting aspect design of the site With the information we had gathered, we then ran ads to the specific pages of the site that would attract higher level buyers and re targeted visitors on social media (Facebook).

Finally, we strategically placed form fills in all the details section of the listings and automated the details on to a CRM that the firm’s sales team managed.

This resulted into the following details in the next 5 months of the site going live:

– 44% more qualified leads from the initial part of the year.
– 70% reduction in customer drop offs.
– 120% more conversions.

Needless to say that the firm continues to use the site build and digital marketing techniques that we’ve implored from the start to generate better revenue and overall gains.
